Pre-K Class
4.5 – 6 Years
Our Pre-Kindergarten classroom provides a Christ-centered, academically rich environment designed to prepare children for a smooth and successful transition into kindergarten. At this pivotal stage, students build on foundational skills while developing the confidence, independence, and character they need for future learning.
Our structured Pre-K curriculum includes focused instruction in early literacy (letter sounds, writing, beginning reading), math concepts (number sense, patterns, sorting, simple addition), science exploration, and fine motor development. Through hands-on learning, engaging centers, and guided activities, children strengthen both academic and critical thinking skills.
Spiritual development is woven throughout the day with Bible lessons, scripture memorization, worship, and prayer. Children are taught to live out Christian values such as compassion, respect, and responsibility.
We place a strong emphasis on kindergarten readiness, including listening and comprehension skills, the ability to follow multi-step directions, group participation, and emotional regulation. Progress report cards are issued throughout the year to keep families informed and engaged in their child’s development across academic, social, and spiritual domains.
